Our Mission

As direct descendants of the first Thomas Welling, who in 1750 founded what became the Welling Pioneer Farms and Dairy, Demetroules R.E., LLC is proud to be resurrecting the historic Red Swan Inn and creating a beautiful southern gateway to the Village. We are a company with deep Warwick roots and a commitment to preserving the past and building for future generations. We respect history, embrace small town character and plan to capture the essence of hometown hospitality that is consistent with the character of Warwick. Honoring heritage, traditional neighborhood communities and family values are the cornerstone of Demetroules R.E. LLC.
 

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a hospitality district, walking distance from downtown Village of Warwick, where local residents and visitors feel welcome and comfortable to dine, stay, meet and relax. The cornerstone of this traditionally-designed, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood is the revival of the historic Red Swan Inn, an elegant country inn which will be situated among a public green and gardens.
