Demetroules, R.E. LLC
Demetroules R.E., LLC is sole owner and developer of the Red Swan Inn at Welling Farm Square. Demetroules R.E., LLC is a limited liability company organized and existing in the State of New York, whose managing member is Michael S. Demetroules, is a lifelong Village of Warwick resident. Michael and his siblings are the grandchildren of the late Thomas Welling VI, and direct descendants of the first Thomas Welling who in 1750 founded what became the Welling Pioneer Farms and dairy.
The Welling family has been prominent in the business and charitable affairs of Warwick since pre-Revolutionary War times. There have been Wellings on the boards of the local bank, and Welling donations to the local hospital. Moreover, among the many civic contributions of the Welling Family is the grant of land used to construct the ambulance corps on South Street extension, and the grant of certain reservoirs and easements that form the basis of the Village of Warwick's present-day municipal water supply.

Demetroules R.E.,LLC has taken great care in preserving and enhancing the legacy of Warwick for a new century. The vision of the family has been complemented by a team of financiers, lawyers, architects, engineers, marketers, consultants and designers all of whom call Warwick home.
DEGRAW & DEHAAN ARCHITECTS, located in Middletown, NY, designs buildings in New York's Hudson Valley and surrounding Metropolitan Area, focusing on an aesthetic respectful of its neighbors and the environment.
Jeff DeGraw is a lifelong resident of Warwick. He was born and raised in the hamlet of Bellvale, where he lives today with his wife Sharon, and their two children, Bridget and Kristen.
Jeff learned construction from the ground up, working for his father, George, in the family business. That business, DeGraw Construction, built many fine homes and businesses in and around Warwick over the course of three generations.
Jeff went on to receive his Degree in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, where his focus was traditional, classical Architecture and Planning. Over the ensuing twenty years, Jeff, along with his partner Chris DeHaan, has been responsible for many of the buildings that you see on Main Street in Warwick, along with many other homes and businesses in the Hudson Valley.
HERITAGE LAND SURVEYING, P.C. is a Land Surveying company that provides professional surveying services to residential, commercial and municipal clientele throughout the Hudson Valley.
Darren J. Stridiron, P.L.S. is the project's Land Surveyor. He is the president of Heritage Land Surveying, P.C. (formerly A-1 Surveying) and has been providing professional service to clients and related agencies for over 14 years. Darren developed his love for surveying at SUNY Environmental Science & Forestry - Ranger School where he earned his Associates Degree in Forest Technology and had the highest GPA in Land Surveying in the history of the university. Darren grew up in New York City and has resided in the Hudson Valley since 1990.
JOHN DRISCOLL specializes in graphic design & illustration.
John Driscoll lived in Warwick for 23 years and spent a lot of his childhood on the Welling Farm property. He moved to Denver, Colorado in 1990 to attend the Colorado Institute of Art. He has worked as a graphic artist and freelance illustrator for Cies Sexton, Qube Visual, Denver Commercial Graphics, Boulder Beverage Company, and National Geographic Trails Illustrated to name a few. He is currently a graphic designer for Parelli Natural Horsemanship and lives in Pagosa Springs in the beautiful San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado. He also donates his services as graphic designer for the non-profit organization Friends of Red Rocks in Denver. John said, "I'm glad the Demetroules family didn't just decide to sell their land to the highest bidding condo developer, but are instead trying to do the right thing for the community, which many of my family members are still a part of."
JANERIN COMMUNICATIONS is a Warwick-based communications firm concentrating in public relations, advertising, marketing and branding services.
Jane Spiegel is the "Jane" in JANERIN COMMUNICATIONS. Before co-founding JANERIN, she was an account supervisor at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide in Manhattan, one of the world's most prestigious advertising agencies, where she managed direct marketing projects for clients including IBM, the Royal Canadian Mint, Ford Motor Company, and Okemo Ski Resort, and was responsible for new business development for that firm. Jane has also directed international trademark portfolios for FACE Stockholm cosmetics and other clients.
Jane and her husband Steven first came to Warwick in 1986, buying a converted barn in the hamlet of Amity, in order to escape the hustle and bustle of New York City, on weekends. They soon found themselves extending their weekends into weeks, moving to Warwick full time as their family grew to include three children. Jane loves living in a community where "hometown hospitality" is not just a marketing slogan, it's a way of life. She recalls that her mother on Long Island never knew the name of the dry cleaner she frequented for thirty years! Here in Warwick, Jane is well known by her neighbors and shopkeepers, and volunteers regularly in the schools and community.
Erin Rice-Mills is the "Erin" in JANERIN COMMUNICATIONS. Erin has over fifteen years experience in the communications industry and specializes in internal and external communications for corporate, financial, travel & leisure companies and for not-for-profit entities. Prior to establishing Janerin Communications, Erin was managing director of global communications and marketing for Burson-Marsteller, one of the world's leading public relations firms headquartered in New York City. Her client list included The Great Gorge Resort, Gaylord Entertainment, Barnes & Noble, barnesandnoble.com, U.S. Trust, PNC Bank, PNC Brokerage, Unilever, Japan Tobacco, CellPro, and The Silver Shield to name a few.
Erin is passionate about the Village of Warwick and considers it her second "home". With numerous friends in the Village and Town, Erin is a frequent visitor to Kid's Clubhouse and many of the neighboring shops and restaurants. Erin and her husband Howard reside with their son, H. Jack in the neighboring Town of Hamptonburgh.
LEHMAN & GETZ ENGINEERING, P.C. provides consulting engineering and planning services for a wide range of projects in Orange County and surrounding areas.
Dave Getz is co-owner of Lehman & Getz Engineering, and has been working with John Lehman for about six years. He has more than twenty years of civil engineering experience in site development, water resource management, and environmental studies for a wide range of clients in the private and public sectors.
Dave and his wife Janet arrived in the Village of Warwick in 1983, and consider themselves fortunate to have found such a great place to raise their two sons. Dave is an avid runner, and ran all four Warwick Marathons held in the 1990's. He is also active in local church and other organizations.
Karen Emmerich is a Senior Planner at Lehman & Getz Engineering in Warwick, and has been with the firm for over 2 years. Karen has been involved in planning issues in Warwick for nearly 18 years, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and the American Planning Association (APA).
Karen has been actively involved in the community through her work with the Historical Society of the Town of Warwick, boy and girl scouts, travel soccer, and foreign student exchange programs.
MYLES FINANCIAL SERVICES is a leader in providing a full range of financial services to a diverse clientele in the Hudson Valley and throughout the United States. Myles has deep Warwick roots and is headquartered in Florida, NY.
M. Vincent Mezzetti is CEO of Myles Financial and senior finance counsel on this project. A native of Dublin, Ireland, Vince set out to be an architect, earning degrees in architecture at St. Michael's College and University College in Dublin. Vince came to the United States and pursued his dream of American citizenship. He continued his education at New York University and developed his passion for finance which lead him to found Myles in 1976. Today, Vince is a frequent lecturer on financial affairs, specializing in estate and retirement planning. He holds a Certified Life Underwriter degree and numerous securities licenses. Vince and his wife Mai live in Warwick.
James G. Mezzetti is President/COO of Myles Financial Services and finance manager on the project. After attending Western State College in Colorado he helped manage and grow several small companies. James then joined his father at the firm in 1996. He received his Mortgage Brokers License from New York State in 2000 and has since advanced the company to all areas of real estate to include five full service mortgage branches as well as successful land development and property management division. James is a NYS licensed real estate agent, holds securities licenses 6 and 63 and is also a certified life and health insurance representative. Active in many community organizations, James is a former member of the board of St. Anthony's Hospital and currently serves as President of his Chamber of Commerce. James lives in Warwick with his wife Carol and two daughters, Erin and Kaylei.
SPIEGEL & JONES, LLP is a law firm representing a diverse group of local, regional and international clientele, with roots in Warwick, and new offices in Florida, NY.
Steven J. Spiegel, ESQ is the project's lead counsel, and the project team leader. He is a practicing lawyer at SPIEGEL & JONES, LLP, and concentrates in business and entrepreneurial transactions, such as commercial real estate deals and land use matters, business start-ups, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property "branding". He has been profiled nationally as the "Lawyer who take 'Think Different' to a Whole New Level" by Apple Computer, and prides himself on creative, innovative lawyering. Steven was trained at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, in New York and Los Angeles, one of the world's leading law firms and often cited as pioneering the modern merger and acquisition era. He is an honors graduate of Columbia University School of Law, where he received the prestigious Harlan Fiske Stone scholarship in each of his three years, and Brown University, where he received the award for the best history thesis. He grew up in the Hudson Valley, and settled in Warwick in 1986. He simply can't imagine a better place than Warwick to live, with better people to call his friends and neighbors.
